Hi! I am an old timer when it comes to antiques and collectables. I started in this without any knowledge of what I was doing. When my Mother passsed away it was left to me to dispose of her beautiful antique collections.
You could get some wonderful pieces when I started out for a great price because I didn't know anything about antique glassware, pottery, and other things, but as I studied books and went to antique shows I started learning.
Today some 40 years later I know more but still have to study to find out prices, patterns, etc.
This is something I love and enjoy doing.
